This policy describes how Francis Axis LLC ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you visit francisaxis.com or use our products. We respect your privacy and keep data collection to the minimum necessary to operate our services.

Information We Collect

We do not operate analytics, advertising networks, or tracking pixels on this website. The only data we receive is what is inherent to serving web traffic:

• Server logs — Cloudflare, our hosting provider, logs standard request data (IP address, URL, browser type, referrer, timestamp) as part of its infrastructure. These logs are retained and governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not access or process individual request logs for marketing purposes.

Fonts, styles, images, and every other asset on this site are served from our own domain. Your browser makes no connection to Google, a CDN, or any other third party while loading these pages. The only server it contacts is ours, hosted by Cloudflare.

We do not use cookies, local storage, session tokens, or any client-side tracking on this website.

Our Products

Francis Axis products (such as CloudFrame TV) have their own privacy practices and may collect additional data necessary for their operation. Those practices are described in each product's own privacy documentation.

How We Use Information

We do not sell, rent, share, or broker any information about visitors to third parties. Aggregate, anonymised traffic statistics (such as request counts by country) may be reviewed through Cloudflare's dashboard for operational purposes only.

Data Retention

We do not store personal data on our own systems beyond what Cloudflare retains as part of its standard infrastructure logging. Refer to Cloudflare's data retention policies for details.

Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights under applicable law (such as GDPR or CCPA) to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data held about you. Because we do not maintain our own databases of visitor information, requests related to Cloudflare's infrastructure logs should be directed to Cloudflare directly.
