Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for subscriptions sold by Francis Axis LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), including the CloudFrame TV OneDrive photo library subscription. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Free Trial

Every subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. You provide a payment method to start the trial, but you are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged. Our payment provider emails you before the trial converts to a paid subscription.

How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time, during the trial or afterwards, from the billing portal linked on your CloudFrame TV account page. Cancellation takes effect as follows:

• Cancel during the trial: your trial ends, you are never charged, and the subscription does not renew.
• Cancel a paid subscription: it remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then does not renew. You keep access for the time you paid for.

Cancelling stops your signed-in TVs from showing the OneDrive library. Nothing in your actual OneDrive account is affected. We never modify or delete your files.

Refunds

Because you can try the product free for 7 days before you are charged, we generally do not offer automatic or pro-rated refunds. If you cancel a paid subscription, it stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and then does not renew.

That said, we want you to be happy. We may issue a refund at our discretion — for example, if you were charged in error or ran into a problem we could not resolve. Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you may have under applicable law. If you believe you are owed a refund, contact us and we will make it right.

Changing Your Plan

You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from the billing portal. When you switch, the price difference is applied on a pro-rated basis, and your access continues without interruption. The new plan then renews automatically until you cancel.

Payment Processing

Subscriptions are sold and processed by our merchant of record, Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), which handles billing and collects and remits applicable taxes. Refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method through Polar.
